What's your return and exchange policy?
Your happiness is important to us. Please contact us to set up your return or exchange.
- Returns: If you'd like to return your Module socks, please let us know within 30 days of it being delivered. Returns must be un-used, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- Exchanges: We are happy to provide an exchange for any sock within 30 days of it being delivered. Exchanges must be un-used, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
Note: Returns are not allowed for Kickstarter rewards due to the significant discounts we offered to backers. However, if there is an issue with your order, let us know and we'll do our best to help you.
What do I do if my socks arrived damaged or with a defect?
Can I cancel or change my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible - we usually ship out the next business day so there's a chance that we will be able to cancel or change the order before it gets shipped out.
How much does shipping cost?
Within the United States:
- Standard (4-7 business days): We currently offer free shipping on orders $40 or more shipped to destinations within the United States. This is after all coupons and discounts are applied
- Standard (4-7 business days): Orders under $40 will be charged a flat rate of $3.99 of shipping
- Expedited (3-5 business days): Flat rate of $7.99
- 2-day shipping: Flat rate of $19.99
Outside of the United States:
- Standard: We currently offer shipping to anywhere in the world for a flat rate of $19.99. Note that you may be responsible for additional VAT or duties that are not included in the amount you paid to us.
How do I track my order?
We're as excited as you are for you to wear our socks. You'll be able to track your order conveniently using any of the following methods:
- After your order ships, we'll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number on it so you can easily track it and sign up for delivery alerts with our shipping courier
- You can log in to your Module account and check the status of your order at any time after it ships out. If you haven't set one up you can do it here
- Contact us any time and we can get you the status of your order
How long will shipping take?
Within the United States, shipping will take 4-7 business days with standard shipping, 3-5 business days with expedited shipping, and 2-business-day shipping will take, you guessed it, 2 business days. For shipments to Alaska or Hawaii it may take up to an additional 5 business days to get to you.
For International orders, shipping takes about 10 business days under normal conditions.
